5300 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document contains the official terms and conditions governing use of the 5300 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

Acceptance of terms and user eligibility

By registering an account or using any feature on the 5300 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.

Use of the 5300 platform is restricted to individuals who:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident legally eligible to use this service.
  • Are not on any list of persons prohibited from using the platform due to legal requirements or internal policy.
  • Registering voluntarily and not under duress from any party.

5300 reserves the right to decline registration or terminate the account of any user who does not meet the eligibility requirements above, without prior notice.

Account creation and security responsibilities

Account registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 5300 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are responsible for updating their details should any changes occur.

Account security

Users are solely responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. 5300 will never ask for your password through any external communication channel.

Any activity that occurs in your account is considered your own unless you promptly report unauthorised access to the 5300 support team.

User responsibilities and platform usage rules

Users of the 5300 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity under Malaysian law.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems, servers, or networks.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform without written authorisation.
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
  • Distributing content that is defamatory, deceptive, or infringes on the rights of any third party.
  • Taking any action that may compromise the integrity or fairness of games and betting on the platform.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 5300 reserves the right to take appropriate legal action.

Account suspension and closure

5300 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

  • False or incomplete registration information.
  • Fraud or suspicious activity in transactions.
  • Repeated or serious violations of these terms.
  • A user's own request to close their account.
  • Instructions from the relevant authorities.

Payments, deposits, and transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All financial transactions on the 5300 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimately their own.

Deposit and withdrawal methods

5300 accepts deposits via Malaysian local payment methods listed on the platform, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the platform's current policy.

Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered by the user. 5300 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal to ensure account security.

Transaction responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring all transaction details are accurate before confirmation. 5300 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

Any transaction disputes must be reported to the 5300 support team within 72 hours of the transaction date for follow-up action.

Liability limitations, intellectual property, and third-party links

Platform Liability Limits

5300 provides this platform on an "as is" basis. The platform makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or downtime due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

5300 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including loss of funds due to network failures or third-party disruptions.

Intellectual property

All content on the 5300 platform, including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, and software, is the exclusive property of 5300 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any of this content without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use may result in legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws in Malaysia.

Third-party links and services

The 5300 platform may integrate with or reference third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. 5300 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms, or content provided by those third parties.

Users are advised to read the respective third-party terms of service separately before using them.

Changes to terms and applicable laws

5300 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
